Return Policy

 

All regular priced items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a FULL REFUND. 

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping label for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee ($1.98) at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. This only applies to online orders, not in-store orders. 

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. 

You can return your online orders to any Pants Store location! 

How to start a return:

Please go to pantsstore.loopreturns.com to start your return/exchange process! You will need your order number and zip code to retrieve your order information! Our returns system will prompt you through the process! 

All marked down items in red, the sale section, or a line marked through the original price, are final sale. All tags must be on merchandise and merchandise cannot be worn (no stains, free of odor and pet hair). Shoes must be returned with box in a polymailer. Please do not attach label directly on the box. Sales receipt or invoice must be included with merchandise to return. If you have any questions about your sale/return, please email orders@pantsstore.com or call 205-699- 6166. Damage Policy:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order.
