Enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $100.00! There is a $8 flat shipping fee for orders under $100.00 OR you can choose UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Early, or FedEx Standard Overnight at the carrier’s calculated rate based on package size and address.
USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases due to COVID and worker shortages at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are being delivered, USPS is just taking longer than normal with some packages not scanning until the day they deliver.
All products are shipped out from our five locations in Alabama.
For the fastest and most reliable shipping, choose UPS Ground at checkout. Please note that shipping carriers do not pick up on Saturday + Sunday.
Orders with standard shipping typically take between 1-7 business days to be processed and shipped. The estimated shipping time shown at checkout for UPS is the carrier's expected shipping frame and does not include our processing time. Expedited orders placed before 3pm CT will be shipped the same business day(not Saturday and Sunday). Please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order and make sure street number, apartment numbers, and zip codes are correct.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he/she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change.
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a claim with USPS for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items. If they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package. This is not our policy, this is USPS’s policy.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS, UPS, or Fedex does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time. Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
