When you purchase an E-Gift Card, you will receive an email with a code to use at checkout. At checkout, you can add this code in the section that says "add a discount code or gift card" and it will apply your gift card amount.

Yes! We offer local pickup at all of our locations.You can check the availability of a product at each location before you add it to your cart.

Processing time can take from 4 to 7 business days. Processing time may be longer during the holidays.

If you order Friday afternoon-Sunday and need to make a change to your order, please call any of our store front locations (excluding Leeds on Sunday). Please do not email to make a change to your order on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday. We will not open the email until the following Monday.

If a product you want is out of stock, you can sign up to be emailed when it is available again on the product page.

After an order is placed, there is a limited amount of time for change to be made. If you want to cancel your order, email orders@pantsstore.com and we will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped.

We only ship within the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, you can email us at orders@pantsstore.com.

We offer the following shipping methods: $8 Standard Shipping, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, UPS Next Day Air, and FedEx 2Day.

UPS Next Day Air orders will be processed and shipped out the same day as ordered as long as it is placed before 3:30PM CST. These orders should be delivered the next business day. UPS ground orders will be processed and shipped out in 4 to 7 business days. UPS Ground orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered after being shipped.

Fedex 2 day allows for a package to be delivered within two days of us shipping out the order. Fedex Ground allows for a package to be delivered in 1-4 days of us shipping out the order. Processing time is NOT included in Fedex 2 Day or Fedex Ground. The time given at checkout is an ESTIMATED time provided by the carriers.

No, UPS does not deliver on weekends. The last day to place a Next Day Air order is Thursday at 3:30 central time. If placed after Thursday, Next Day Air orders will be shipped out the following business day.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, you can go to the returns tab on pantsstore.com (https://returns.pantsstore.com/) and return/exchange for the correct items. If you have any issues with this, please email us at orders@pantsstore.com.

Please allow one week, from the shipping notification, to see if your package gets delivered. If you do not receive your package within one week of it being shipped, please email us at orders@pantsstore.com.

If you would like to return an item, please go to the returns tab on pantsstore.com (https://returns.pantsstore.com/) and follow the instructions to receive your prepaid shipping label.

We only accept returns up to 60 days from the purchase date. After 60 days we no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Yes, or UPS and USPS can print the label for you.

You have 30 days after your order is delivered to start a return. The item must be unworn and still have tags. If the item is a pair of shoes, they must still be in their box.

When an item is on sale, the price will be marked in red. This indicates that the item is FINAL SALE.

When an item is on sale, the origional price will have a line through it. The new price will be on the left side of the original price. This means the item is on sale and is FINAL SALE.

Monday-Friday morning emails will be answered in 1-2 business days. Friday afternoon-Sunday emails will be answered the following Monday.
